A FEW NOTES TO ASSIST WITH THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (Terms) were most recently amended on 27th January 2020

Please, always check these Terms for any amendments before placing an order.

It's important that you understand these Terms as they apply to all purchase made on www.freemilestyle.com (this website) so please print a copy out or save them to your computer for easy reference.

Your contract will be with Free Mile Style

In these Terms, “our”, "us" and "we" shall be interpreted as referring to Free Mile Style.

Please note that before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these Terms and if you refuse to accept them, you will not be able proceed

1.1 This website is owned and operated by Free Mile Style and you can contact us via any of the following methods:

1.2 It will help speed things up if you can provide details of your order, including the date you placed the order, the product description and most importantly the order number

2 SOME INFORMATION ON OUR PRODUCTS

2.1 The Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only and your Products may vary from those images due to your browser software and monitor limitations.

3 HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

3.1 Please read our Privacy Policy for further details on how we use your personal information.

4 PLACING AN ORDER AND FORMING THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US

4.1 When you use our website you will be guided through some simple steps required to place an order with us.

4.2 Take your time to browse our products and when you are ready add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart.

4.3 You will then be asked for a few details that we require from you to be able to complete the order.

4.4 Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us.

4.5 Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.

4.6 After you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgment e-mail from us confirming we have received your order.

4.7 We will then send you an e-mail that confirms that the Products have been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation).

4.8 When this Dispatch Confirmation is sent, is the only time that we accept your order and the contract between us is formed.

4.9 If we are unable to supply you with a Product we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order.

4.10 If you have already paid for the Products, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.

5 OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS

5.1 We amend these Terms from time to time as highlighted in the first sentence at the top of this page.

5.2 The Terms in force at the time of your order will apply to the Contract between you and us.

5.3 We will only revise the Terms applying to an order which you have already made if it is necessary to reflect a change in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

5.4 If we do have to revise the Terms to your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to let you know how to cancel the Contract if you are not happy with the changes.

5.5 If you do decide to cancel a contract between us, you will have to return any relevant Products you have already received and we will arrange a full refund of the price you have paid, including any delivery charges if the terms of the refund policy are met.

6 THE PRICE OF PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY CHARGES

6.1 The price of a Product does not include delivery charges.

6.2 Our delivery charges are as advised to you during the check-out process, before you confirm your order.

6.3 Prices for our Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed.

6.4 It is possible that some of the Products on our site may be incorrectly priced and we do not have to provide the Products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

6.5 If we discover an error in the price of the Products you have ordered we will email you to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancelling your order.

6.6 We will not process your order until we have your instructions.

6.7 If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you by email.

7 PAYMENT

7.1 You can pay for Products in any of the following ways:

(A) Bank Transfer

(b) Debit or credit card, including: Maestro UK, MasterCard, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and American Express.

7.2 Payment for the Products and delivery charges is in advance.

7.3 If you are making payment from outside of the United Kingdom your card company will convert the transaction to your currency.

7.4 Product price does not include delivery charges but does include VAT at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK.

8 EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

8.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control.

8.2 If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a Contract:

(a) we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and

(b) our obligations under a Contract will be suspended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control.

(c) Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.

8.3 You may cancel a Contract affected by an Event Outside Our Control which has continued for more than 30 days.

8.4 Please contact us to cancel, returning (at our cost) any relevant Products you have already received and we will refund the price you have paid, including any delivery charges.

9 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 All content included on this site, is the property of Free Mile Style or its content suppliers and protected by U.K. and international copyright laws.

9.2 The content and software on this site may be used as an information and shopping resource only and any other use is strictly prohibited.

10 JURISDICTION

10.1 The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

11 INDEMNITY

11.1 You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
